BUILD A CAREER—NOT JUST ANOTHER JOB

Are you looking for a professional shop where you can build a stable, successful, long-term career?

If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving challenging problems, and want to continue developing your skills,

Romita Auto Service is ready to invest in your future.

My name is Nestor, and I’m one of the owners of Romita Auto Service. Since 1999, our family-owned business has proudly served the Fresno community while creating opportunities for automotive professionals to learn, grow, and succeed.

We understand that great technicians want more than a paycheck. They want respect, stability, professional equipment, ongoing development, and a clear opportunity to advance. That is the type of workplace we continue building at Romita Auto Service.

Our Mission

“Our mission at Romita Auto Service is to provide a trusted automotive repair facility through our family team of skillful, caring professionals.”

Our core values—teamwork, respect, integrity, and accountability—guide how we support our customers and one another.

Why build your career with us?

Weekends off.
Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.
Weekly bonus opportunities.
Health and dental insurance.
Company-provided uniforms.
Your own fully equipped workstation.
Company-provided tablet and computer.
Factory-level diagnostic equipment.
Professional service-information systems.
Clean, organized, and professional facility.
Respectful team environment where your ideas are heard.
Long-term opportunities for professional advancement.

Grow with us

The automotive industry never stops evolving—and neither do we.

At Romita Auto Service, professional development is about becoming better together, not competing against your teammates. We share knowledge, support one another, and help every technician strengthen their diagnostic and repair abilities.

Whether you are an experienced technician or a motivated automotive professional ready to advance, you will have opportunities to:

Expand your diagnostic knowledge.
Develop advanced technical skills.
Work with modern vehicles and technology.
Continue your professional training.
Work toward ASE Master Technician certification.
Build a stable and rewarding future in the automotive industry.

We are looking for someone who wants to become an important, long-term member of our team—not someone searching for a temporary position.

If you are ready to join a company that respects your talent, recognizes your hard work, and invests in your future, we would love to meet you.
